Fab-T Tower and Enclosure System

PROJECT OVERVIEW:
Wartech Engineering is the prime contractor to the US Air Force (USAF) for a system of Antenna Support Towers (ASTs) and HEMP-shielded enclosures (HSE) for the Family of Advanced Beyond Line of Sight Terminals (FAB-T).
- The President, the Secretary of Defense, Combatant Commanders, and supporting Air Force component forces will use FAB-T to provide strategic nuclear and non-nuclear command and control with EHF, wideband, protected, and survivable communications terminals for beyond line-of-sight communications.
- U.S. Strategic Command will use the FAB-T to perform satellite Telemetry, Tracking, and Commanding functions for the AEHF/constellation, including management of the satellites, communication networks, and cryptologic keys.
- HEMP shielding was designed and tested to the requirements of MIL-STD-188-125.
OUR WORK:
Wartech performed all the design, engineering, analysis, program management, manufacturing and installation for both the AST and HSE for the FAB-T program. Wartech executed a development and manufacturing process, including Wartech’s Parallel Analysis and Design (PAD) process, program management, manufacturing, configuration management and Integrated Master Schedule planning and deployment.
