Manufacturing
Our manufacturing team brings decades of fabrication experience, welding certification, and innovative approaches to your program.
Wartech conducts all manufacturing at our headquarters in Romulus, Michigan. The building includes 52,000+ sq. ft. of fabrication and manufacturing space, 6,000 sq. ft. of light assembly and electronics manufacturing space, and about 4,000 sq. ft. of high-tech office and conference space.
Wartech’s shop floor is paperless, using live electronic media to communicate designs to our manufacturing floor.
Wartech fabricates and assembles components applying our ISO9001 quality and configuration management systems to ensure the adherence of manufactured products to our design intent and documentation.
Welding
Our team includes experienced welders certified to the requirements of AWS D1.1 (steel) and D1.2 (aluminum) with a Certified Weld Inspector (CWI) on call. All MIG welding is performed “in-position,” which improves weld quality and consistency.
